Jonathan London, Co-founder & CFO
A successful business begins with a strong vision. Our ability to manage large-scale projects while continuing to offer competitive pricing is largely rooted in Jonathan’s years of financial expertise. He began his career as an auditor and accountant in the banking world, and then moved on to become Executive Vice President in the family clothing business. During this time, he partnered with his brother Ken to build one of the nation’s largest apartment relocation businesses, beginning one of their many thriving businesses to come. In 2002, Jonathan and Ken joined forces to create WorkRight Construction. Today, he manages daily operations and financing for WorkRight. He’s behind our renovation of thousands of apartments and condos to date. In his spare time, Jonathan loves to golf, ski, hike and travel with his son.
Ken London, Co-founder & President
Some people shoot for the stars; Ken gets there. Few people can claim to have built a company right after college that reached $28 Million dollars in revenue! In 2001, Ken turned his passion for real estate in another direction: he and his brother Jon decided to purchase a little company named WorkRight Property Services in 2001.
Today, Ken has helped grow WorkRight into a highly recognized mid-size construction company and Plumbing Contractor servicing Southern California. WorkRight has built a strong reputation based on its exceptional completion of apartment renovations and general contracting services, including tenant improvements.
Ken holds a degree in Finance from University of Arizona. Ken spends his free time with his wife and two kids as well as mountain biking, skiing, and playing tennis.

For over a decade now, he has been a key member of our Leadership Team, and the Director of Plumbing behind Workright’s series of successful project completions and happy customers.
George Gomez, Plumbing Manager
