Every landlord dreads a call from them local gas company informing landlord that the gas is being turned off immediately due to a leak , and a City permit will be required before the gas company can turn the power back on. If the building is a mix of commercial and apartment uses and if gas lines are larger than normal, under a few inches of concrete this just makes the problem worse.

With more than 20 tenants and one laundromat depending upon gas service this was an instant calamity for us right before a 3 day weekend. I quickly learned that not every plumber can handle our type of problem and was fortunately directed to WorkRight Plumbing. They made an inspection right away and scheduled a crew within a short period of time. The plumber, Jeremy, arrived on schedule and the work was done in a day. They helped expedite the permit process and they have done everything they reasonably could to get us back on line in the shortest time. The 24/7 call center and. back office kept me well informed and I can’t think of a single thing WorkRight or Jeremy could have done better.

Jeremy came to my house today (after firing my previous plumber, two trips and $850 later, super long story). Jeremy went under my house and was there for 5 minutes and said I see the problem. Pipe was detached from the toilet flow. Sewage was dumping directly onto the ground. He cleaned everything up for me and fixed the pipe bam done. Thank you Jeremy for ending my nightmare and the smell!

My wife came home in the afternoon to find our garage filled with water – the water heater was gone! We looked for recommendations on Yelp and found several companies. Some specialized in water heaters and others were general plumbers, but none of them could even come to look until the next day. I called Workright because of their rating, and they are located nearby work so I can follow up easily if I need to. The receptionist told me someone would come over and do the work within the next hour or so which was great. So I told her to go ahead. Within half an hour, Evan called me. He is the estimator, and over the phone gave me a price. I asked if someone could do the work the same day and he told me they could, and would be there in about an hour.

Then he gave me the option of saving money by getting my own water heater and letting them install it, or having them pick it up and install it. Either way, they were to remove the old water heater. Although the price was outstanding if I picked up my own water heater, I told them to do it because I don’t have a large truck for transport and we wanted it done that day. About 5:30 pm Kenny arrived at the house and started to work. Because of the install location, there were some difficulties in getting it done, but Kenny worked until 10:30 pm to finish it. He didn’t try to sell us any additional parts or service, and was totally professional and respectful. The work was done right the first time, and needless to say, we are very happy.

I know I will use Workright in the future for other work. They really impressed us!

I chose Workright Construction and Workright Plumbing to build a second story addition, add a bathroom, and renovate our newly purchased home. Their bid was inline or better than the others I received but there schedule for performing the work was much shorter than the other contractors who bid the job. They did exactly what they said they were going to do and finished the remodel on time! Both my wife and I were very happy with the service. Mark, Workright’s director of plumbing was incredibly knowledgeable and his team was terrific. I will use them again for sure!

Valentino, Evan and Kenny at WorkRight are superstars. I used them to repipe my main line from the street to the house they laid out everything planned it with me got me a great deal on material and the completed the project from start to finish in 1 working day. I had water before sunset. They also completed it without having to hack up my driveway and very minimal demo done to my front yard, looks like nothing happened.
